I have this engine which I was told is from a Euro '89 735i.

Checking the Realoem site to identify it I can't see this same configuration where the mount holes are.
Checked E24,E28, E34, E23, E32.

As you can see in the pic the holes circled in white are extra to what I can find on Realoem and the red circle indicates a missing hole from what I have found on Realoem.

Does someone have know?

The two holes circled in white are for the motor mount on the m30b35
Pay no attention to them

You will only have 3 bolts to your mount- that's the missing one in red.
Good eye!

Thanks Matthew. Dirty?

What mounts did you use and do you have an extractor / headers exhaust system?

Hi Gazz I used the original mounts. with 4 bolts, I'll check if that forth bolt actually bolts to the block. Yes i have extractors. Dirty motor = no pollution gear engine from pommy land. Also running on Autronic engine management with 292 deg cam and 1mm oversize valves.
