I found a good supplier for a micro fiber cleaning cloth. Since I am in the silk sreen printing business, I can easily imprint a BMW logo on the cloth similar to the original.
I am going to make some 12x12 for my 72CS.

Extra thick and plush Microfiber Detail Towels completely dry, shine and detail all automotive painted surfaces, polished metals and laminated marine surfaces. They are excellent for detailing all plated surfaces, and deliver streak-free drying to lenses and all glass. These towels effectively absorb large amounts of water leaving a streak-free and lint-free shine. Microfiber Detail Towels pamper your vehicle leaving a scratch-free shine. They are safe for all clear-coat surfaces.Machine washable and reusable many times.
Material: 80 percent Polyester/20 percent Polyamide

One question: Since I can get any of the following sizes 12x12, 12x16, 16x16 as well as 20x20 what is the ideal size?

I haven't figured out a cost on all sizes yet. But if I made the 12x12 size, I could sell for 3 for $20. Thanks

BMW Print

Design position can easily be fixed. I plan to print the logo with waterbase dye so that feels soft like the fabric. If 14 x 14 is the real size....then I will use 16x16. I think I should be able to sell 3 for $20

I want something that I can use every day if need be. If I ever show my CS, I will use the real thing.

Thanks for the help Burt
