I'll pile on since this isn't a member post.
This gentleman will sell this set of RS 005 for $1,000 shipped. Note that one lip is slightly bent (add $150 to fix), and these are 16x7 square.

Let me see if I get this right. The enkei wheels on my car are ET11 all around. The practical answer is yes. A 16x8 ET 24 wheel is .5" wider on the inner and outer lip than a 16x8 ET11 wheel. An ET11 wheel is 13mm, or ~.5" closer to the fender than an ET24 wheel. Now, we are comparing a 8" ET24 wheel to a 7" ET11 wheel. The 7" ET11 Wheel is 5" shorter on each side, but is bumped .5" closer to the fender. I would assert that at 16x7 ET11 wheel is almost the exact same fender-to-lip distance as a 16x8 ET24.
I wrote this in a rush, so let the fact checking begin!
