Friendly Hello Everyone..hope everyone managing as best they can and finding inner peace & health along the way…Anyway, sadly (mixed emotions) once again can NOT venture (especially with my vintage bmw NorthEast friends in a caravan roadtrip) to upcoming Vintage (Carolinas/Va.) this year..never been but hopefully one year. NEVER EVER want to make it about me of course but Selfishly would LOVE / LUST to attend bmw events (wink/smile) but just offering suggestion with Vintage (Atlantic States regions) and events in general…can Vintage maybe be held (return to) sometime in May (seemingly ideal month, weather-wise, April Easter/Passover already past, kids school breaks over with (personally have none but just thinking of those that do) or maybe even within first 2 weeks of June…Also, there awesome 2002 event in April in Arkansas i would love to attend some year (with my massively restored 76-2002-MintGrun done in next few months outside of Philly by well-known vintage Porsche shop OR my 73baur) but if Vintage in May/June, maybe no real conflicts (??) other than Memorial Day weekend….i am relatively confident in saying much thought already likely given by various Chapters / bmwcca for Event Planning-sake but there have been recent years where specific bmw events (not the local ones but the bigger ones) fall on same weekends and then forced into deciding which one to attend…Charlie Brown ugh ?! Lets space them out somehow so no multiple awesome bmw events fall too close together or even on same weekends (wink/smile)..just my 2 cents suggestion..but sincere best wishes to anyone attending upcoming 2002 arkansas event, Vintage or ANY other awesome bmwcca event i will sadly miss…too much on proverbial plate…good luck to everyone out there….thomas westchester county ny (bmwcca member NY, CT, Boston chapters and also bmwccca group)
