Ok, I will try, although I am not an expert on material.
I have received a white one and a black one, the base material is a very fine mesh like material, which is see through, feels a little like a synthetic silk. It seems the base material is white, all white parts feel soft and silky, everything else in colour is a little stiffer and I a guessing that this is due to the colour being applied - how I dont know, but some kind of spraying application, I would guess by machine, not hand. Quality is fine, its not a Hermes scarf quality, but great for a garage wall.
I do not know Sebastian and beyond buying these flags, have never had any contact with him.
For the price he is charging, I think its a fantastic deal and he only charged $2 for postage.
No complaints here, very happy
