Below is the information that bmw email back to me about the coupe that i purchased. Looks like it was shipped to holland from factory.
The BMW 2800 CSA VIN 2220126 was manufactured on August 22nd, 1969 and delivered on August 26th, 1969 to the BMW importer in the Netherlands. The original colour was Baikal metallic, paint code 042.
