(Bob Marley's??) '73 Bavaria in Oakland

Not mine... This fjord Bav has been for sale for quite some time (likely because of the stiff $9,995 ask for what looks like, at best, a driver), but is now being presented as POSSIBLY, maybe, no-documentation-to-prove-it, having been owned, or at least driven, by Bob Marley in the early '70s.

I have to wonder why this new information is coming to light two days after Marley-riffic local holiday 4/20, but maybe it took some time for the fog to clear...

If anyone is interested, this looks like it's very close to me so I might be able to help check it out.

There is only one problem with that photo of Marley, the car is RHD! Check out the wipers and the button placket on Marley's shirt, it is NOT a reversed photo. And I don't see US/NA only front bumper guards on Marley's ride like the one for sale has.

I can't believe they masked but didn't remove the front grills. Seems like far more work than removing the 6 or 7 screws holding them in
