Body Trim

I noticed this morning after driving my new (to me) 72 3.0CSI that the window trim that sits on top of the driver and passenger door (chrome) is coming a bit loose - but only near the end of the door near the handle.

Concern is either a) someone tried to get into my car or b) simply driving is causing this to come loose.

Almost all of the body trim is in incredible shape - but this is bugging me.

Anyone suggest a quick fix (besides hiring a body guard for my car)?
 
Window Trim

You might be missing the clips that hold the trim to the door with sharp teeth. If all of them were there it would be difficult to remove without bending the trim if you aren't careful and use a small wedge to pry it up from rear to front. Hope this helps.
