According to the blue books, the front caliper halves should be torqued to:
45 to 55 Nm
4.5 to 5.5 mkp
33 to 40 ft. lbs.

It also notes not to reuse the expansion bolts.

By the way, rear calipers are quite different:
22 Nm
2.2 mkp
16 ft. lbs.

thanks Stephen !
i'm going to reuse the bolts and see if my overhauling is fine... afterwords i can always change them with new ones one by one.
I tought to do pad job this afternoon... ended up with everything open....Pistons were sticking.... some rust in front of the seals.
Air pressure wasn't even enough to get them out... had to fabricate a adaptor so i could use my hydraulic pump !
Calipers seems Ok after cleaning, but i will need new pistons besides ofcourse the seals and dust caps.
