Had this part replaced this week due to a weep in the brake fluid. AutohausAZ kit part number: 21 52 1 102 625 I have a 1972 3.0CS. Hope this helps someone. Much cheaper than a new master cylinder that was several hundred bucks. This was under $12.00.
