I am fitting a 3.5 e34 engine into my RHD E9.
As I have a complete Alpina donor car I wanted to know if anyone has fitted an E34 booster and will there be room? I drove the car and the brake boost was very effective.
Also - on the off-chance that there are any with experience of servo's in RHD, there is a brake control rod from the pedal, across the transmission tunnel to the servo on the left side.
Will this fit for the E9 - although I reckon that the rod length might need amending, it would be great to know anyone's experience before I go in full tilt.
Also, I will be trying to modify the pedal box from the E34 to bolt into the e9 and connect in the normal way to avoid remote servo's and special work on the throttle cable operation.
I have the feeling (spleen, I think given some posts here) that I might be standing on a self operating trap door and need a little wisdom to see what direction I need to move off it.
