I’m a long way from Brest but it appears Group Auto is a French distributor of spare parts for vintage vehicles. https://www.groupauto.com/
The location in Brest seems to be one of many local distributors they have in France. They have a distributor in Lunel, which is about an hour from where I am. https://distributeur.groupauto.fr/fr/france-FR/CUST-110896/benoit-groupe-vidalauto/details
