So I have decided to take my car to the next level this winter. turbo, suspention, cosmetic changes, etc.

I finally found a set of my dream wheels, and pulled the trigger.

HRE 505 16" wheels! Here is a pic of the wheels.

I'm doing the centers in gold, lips polished.

Currently 16x7, will be building them to16x9.5 rear 16x8.5 front.

I'm running a set of Hayashi Racing (the HR in HRE) Techno Rs from the early 80s, which later became HRE 501s. Love the vintage HRE sets. Nice work so far on the rebuild. Mine are 17x8.5 and 17x9.5.

I have a set of HREs on my e39 and love them.

Any helpful hints for someone who might be interested in following in either of your footsteps?
