Buzzing in steering column

I have a '74 Coupe. Lately a buzzing sound emanates from my steering column. Upon inspection (I removed the cover from the bottom of the column), it looks like a Cannister shaped relay. Last time it started buzzing, I turned on my parking lights and turned them off and the buzzing stopped. If I can identify this part, I will order a replacement if available.

That's the seatbelt warning/key buzzer. I unplugged mine.:

Thanks for the heads up. Pleased to know that unplugging the buzzer does not affect any other systems.
