It is a label of an organisation promoting the increase of income of local repair shops in Germany. Free check-up of your vehicle's lighting systems in the fall of
each year. If you passed you'd get a windshield label in return... Yearly roughly 10 million people in Germany get this check-up done.
Started in 1956, facilitated by the German Government.

These Lichttest Stickers were different in every year!
As my CS is an 1973 Model....it needed an 1973 Lichttest Sticker....of course!
