I finally got my 71 2800cs from California. I have no records, books or history. Any suggestions in obtaining these? thanks

If you are talking about service records, you are SOL. About the only thing I can think of is to get the basic factory information from the BMW archive group. Their email has been posted a few times. When I contacted them, they were able to give me the production date, sale date, sale location, and color codes for my car.
