It needs seats and a proper rear bumper and a cosmetic restoration. The real indentifier (is that a word?) of CSLs is the thin gauge steel. If you cut it away and replace with replacement steel, the car loses something unless the steel is really correct and could be proven with good documentation while presenting the car as properly restored. The engine bay looks very original and there are palm trees in the background. If the body structure is solid, you can ask almost what you want, it seems.
