Is that by Carmel State Beach? I went to Naval Postgrad in nearby Monterey for 2 years and used to go to that beach all the time. Lovely part of the world.

Don't you love that house? I believe it was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Another architectural tour de force, the Tor House built by poet Robinson Jeffers, is located just around the corner.

Jmackro, I believe you're right. That house is amazing (as is the Tor house).
Walter, the shot through the window is Carmel State Beach. There's an adjacent beach about 100 meters further north. A rocky point with the Frank Lloyd Wright house and two or three other oceanfront properties separates the two.

Carmel is a great get away. We go about every other year for our anniversary. In fact when I bought my first coupe in '81 we took it to Carmel (bought it in Scotts Valley) and spent a couple of days before driving home to Seattle. Thanks for sharing.
