Ok...best laid plans and see if timing will work, but I am making my annual trek to Laguna Beach for a week on 27 June. Been doing this seemingly forever but somehow have never made the Cars and Coffee gig in Irvine. This year the plans are to drive the Coupe down from the Bay Area. Not sure if anyone is intending to be there, but would be interested to hear.

Should timing getting out of town preclude driving the Coupe (flying instead) I still plan on showing up. Looking forward to it.

John,

Some of us are always there, we arrive at 6:15 so we can park near each other, in the second row of the large lot. Look forward to seeing you.

I will be at C&C this Sat and will plan to attend on the 28th.

John I also will be there. Look forward to meeting you. If your coupe drive down does not work out and you need a ride to CNC let know.

Sounds like a good turnout. Pretty confident i will be in the Coupe and look forward to Having a chance to chat.

5:30 sounds pretty early and the coffee part of Cars and Coffee will be important!

Made the trip from SF to Santa Barbara today. No drama..coupe ran really well. First thing in the morning will be the push to Laguna Beach. Friday! Getting thru LA...hoping to find that mid-morning traffic sweet spot.

So...C&C at 6ish. Really looking forward to it.

And I'll be there with yet another Polaris coupe.

Mid-day you should be OK. If you have a passenger (or a convincing mannequin), take the 405 and use the commuter lane. Just don't try going southbound on a Friday after about 2:30.

Great. Not exactly sure where the large lot is, but throw a cone into a space for me. I'll try and get there a bit earlier to get my bearings.

As you enter off Gateway, they direct you to the larger lot, as you enter it stay left and turn into the second aisle midway down. You will probably be saving spots for us!

Got an unexpected hello from John in his beautiful Polaris 2800 on PCH in Huntington Beach this morning. Have fun...BOB

Left Banta Barbara around 9 am. Jumped off 101 in Camarillo and headed south on Hwy 1. Left turn onto the 10 in Santa Monica rt on the 405 and "two up" jumped immediately into the commuter lane. Blew thru town and was so ahead of schedule jumped off in Seal Beach and ran the Coast. WHERE I ran into Bob! Very nice coupe. Had to push thru traffic to catch up..nice suprise.

In Laguna now. All said 3 1/2 hours drive time. Not bad.
