In May, I had the opportunity to attend Techno Classica in Essen and also visit the Classic Remise (formerly the Meilenwerk ) in Berlin (http://www.remise.de/Classic-Remise-Berlin.php). Below are some select photos from both locales but you can see my complete album here:

it seems that you spent a good time in alte deutschland !

i think i know all the cars from the photos at the technoclasica, i saw them all last year ! ;-)
there is always something new, as the bosch booth that you are showing, i did not saw that one last year, beautiful blue coils ....mmmmnnnnmmmm !

as to the meilenwerk in berlin, i have been there two or three times, it was there where i found my petri steering wheel, those meilenwerk places are nice to visit, the one in dueseldorf is not that big but very nice too

i think our stevehose was traveling to munich soon, lets see what he brings from europe !

Heading over this Saturday to Dusseldorf then wandering down to Munich during the week, I'd fill a container of parts to bring home if I could. Shame the old BMW museum is closed, was hoping to see that.

the meilenwerk in duss, yes, it is a nice place, i have been there two or three times in the last 3 years, there was a white csl for sale there, 89.000euro i recall.

yes the old museum, the classic museum, it is closed, not the welt, the other one, maintenance works, so they say ...

while in muenchen, do not miss the Haxenbauer, close by the Marienplatz, the best pork knuckle i have tasted in germany...

and do not miss the edelstoff bier vom holz fass in augustiner brau
