I was just looking at the tan car for sale just posted and i was wondering if
the fan shroud is something that was year specific.
ive never seen that before and looks like a nice feature.

That might have arrived with the 74 models.

74 and later specific. There are two holes at the top of the radiator to mount the shroud. Chris, your new radiator should have these holes.

If you're referring to my Coupe, that shroud is something sfdon put together when we redid my cooling system. If I recall correctly, it's a slightly modified E12 shroud.

That rad, 9 blade fan and shroud keep the car at perfect temp even idling in 100 degree weather.
