Not my car, I have no personal interest, I wish the seller & buyer all the best, etc. etc.

I am always amused when the owners of rough cars (this one is rusted & missing parts) admit their cars are in bad shape, but suggest they would make excellent "track cars". Why they believe a chassis that is too rust-compromised for the street will be OK for the track is beyond me, but this seems to be a common theme on ebay.
Admittedly I have never built a "track car", but my suspicion is that a rusted, steel-bodied coupe wouldn't be the best starting point. However, with bidding starting at $1,300 this might be a decent parts car. Unfortunately the seller hasn't provided a lot of photos, so the presence or absence of usable parts is an unknown. Car is located in Miami Beach, Florida, USA.
