Chrome Bumpers FS in Seattle

chrome vs. stainless...
Anyone beside me confused?...Both this set and the "used stainless" set are in Renton, WA...one described as chrome (and obvious they are from inside crust), and one said to be used SS...some of the pictures are the same photo...each with a single rub strip, a single front over-rider, and a single front support bracket. The grinch said stink, stank, stunk...not sure but I think I smell something.
