Bought Cibies on ebay just installed it with a relay for the low beams and Narva 55w bulbs an amazed at the outcome. Nice white bright lights!

I buy them from Dan Stern Lighting in the US. The CSR model is probably the best 5.75" reflector on the market. I have them on several cars, with new, direct wiring from the + terminal and using a relay and fuse mounted near the left horn. Forget 100W bulbs. Not necessary and it just irritates drivers in the opposite direction, and the reflectors get very very hot. I tried it but went back to the 55s.

I gave up on Dan Sterns. I emailed, called, left messages...finally he returned one email a month later to tell me he didn't have the cibie I wanted. A month later I sent him an email to see if he received the units...that was about 6 weeks ago and I have not heard from him. I had a much better experience with Aadvark international at Talbotco.com. They sell the same stuff and when you call someone picks up the phone. The issue is that some Cibies been a backorder for months....but at least these people are much better when dealing with the customer and the owner has an e9. Sterns may know his stuff...but waiting for weeks for a response is beyond my patience.
I am glad your experience with him was better.

Slightly better, perhaps, but I too have had to wait for long periods and know of the lack of products available for dispatch. I wasn´t aware of the other shop.
One batch was sent to me in Switzerland from Germany where he had either a stock or a connection to somebody who does?!!?

Bottom line: extremely good reflectors, very expensive and complicated to buy (they appear to be made by Valeo in Belgium, but they have no idea about these products when you talk to them.....)
