color chart and paint choice

Before I make the long anticipated color choice, I'd like to look at the available options.

There was a couple of web sites listing and displaying period color options.

Can someone direct me to the URL??

Was the original paint a base coat/clear coat system?

Lastly, does anyone have any string opinions/recommendations on the paint sytem and manufacturer?
