Hello all,

I have a complete Callaway Turbo setup for sale to suit an M30B32 US. As the B32 US has lower compression than the Euro model, this will bolt on to a stock block (as that is what it came off). The entire setup has been carefully removed from a running car with video of the engine running and I also have another video of driving the car prior to dismantling. I removed this with a view to use it myself in my E9 and spent hours doing this carefully but have since decided that I am not chasing power and will keep my car as is. While I have an E24, it is an '88 with the B35 motor so cannot use this but this would make for a very cool install for someone with an older 633csi OR someone wanting a cool transplant for their E9.

With this offer I have two options: Just the turbo setup OR add a complete perfect motor (also with video of running and compression readings). The sale comes complete with the orginal Callaway installation manual in PDF and photos of it installed to assist with installation.

Here is everything included in the sale:
- Turbo attached to the exhaust manifold attached to head with wastegate attached
- Custom intake plumbing from turbo and airbox with added injectors for when running with boost
- Head with intake manifold with serviced injectors (invoice included) and all added vacuum attachments etc necessary for turbo
- All braided hoses for oil lines to turbo
- Oil filter housing with feedline tapped for turbo
- Complete 3" stainless exhaust system with stainless steel pipe and rear silencer (near new oxy sensor and recent catalyst) (suits E24)
- Complete uncut wiring harness, ECU and turbo adjustment/timer module (all wired in)
- Turbo pressure guage all wires in harness AND E24 air vents pre-cut to house the turbo guage

Everything that pertains to this being a bolt on installation is included, which will make this installation as easy as can be. The only modification necessary will be to add an oil return bung to the base of the block and I have the photo of how that needs to be and the braided hose is included.

I am thinking about $2000 obo for this complete setup. The head is in perfect shape as can be seen on the valves, the turbo bearing is tight and the video of it running proves the rest. Remember also that there are many customizations to the intake to get a turbo up and running and all that is done as well as a stainless exhaust. Plus there is the priceless cool factor of having a Callaway Turbo period correct from the era!

If you need a verified perfect B32 block, I also have a complete M30B32 from a 1980 633csi that I can sell complete for $600 or can separate into just the short engine to complete the turbo setup for $300.

The Callaway literature states that the peak power of this turbo setup is 300HP. I have that information also. The car was great to drive and really made the motor come alive by 4000rpm. Because this bolts on to a stock motor, there is no lag compared to other turbos because this is designed to work without dropping compression of the original motor. Reeve Callaway was good enough to talk to me about the setup when I bought the car and explained that the nature of the M30 made them hungrier for air at the top end than normal aspiration could deliver. So essentially the turbo is providing the extra air the M30 was craving at the higher RPM.

The video will show that this car was very rapid.
In the video, go to 2:55 to see the turbo going up to proper boost. The rest of the video was to show the dogleg that I sold:
