There is flange plug in my engine head and there is no coolant pipe going out for the heater. Probably this is a later head as I found out.

Realoem says this pipe comes in E9 only if I looked correctly.

Does e23 or e12 has similar coolant pipe part that I can use? or is there any other way?

That is the one from a M30b35 engine. No good for an e9

You need the correct pipe that fits in your e9

Head may work
That cover on back of head needs to go if you want your heater to work.

What is the date On the head, what is the date on the Block?

An unrelated and unsolicited comment: sidedrafts with the thackery washer/vibration gaskets between the carbs and intake manifold are asking for trouble as they will leak at some point. Inline 6 only needs plain gaskets which eliminate this weak link.

Do you have a picture of the intake port on head?

These picture were after water testing. It says 1-1 B30 in there

The local shark who sold me this engine head sold this cap at the bottom seperately to me. I don't know if it makes any difference that cap has 71 stamp.
We are just planning to use it.

Those seals are intended to isolate the carbs from engine vibration. And they are often a source of vacuum leaks. The BMW M30 is smooth enough that you don't need them, so its best to eliminate a potential problem.
