I’m going to have my clutch replaced and need to put a parts list together and order parts.

I’m looking at parts diagrams here - Maximillian. Diagram 21-2 is repeated and has two 240mm clutches with different part numbers, Do I just use a “clutch” kit that I find on FCP, ECS or what’s available here? Do I look for something specific. The guy that is doing the work says there are two version, but that we won’t know what’s in there until we get there (assume he meant the two shown in the diagrams). I’ve also read ”cast-iron” version and non-cast iron version. He also said there are two version of the throw out/release bearing and I should just order both. My car is a 9/1972.

Anyone have a definitive parts list? Couldn’t find one using search. Any parts list or advice would be appreciated. Lacking a better plan will order “clutch kit” like this - Clutch Kit.

Thanks,

Joey

I think your confusion is due to the bell housing, slave cylinder, clutch arm and T/O bearing changing in 1974 to the later style. Just buy the kit for your year and model.
