Correct tire sizes for Alpina 16 inch pls assist

Hi guys...

What are the correct tyre sizes for my newly acquired 16 inch Alpina open lug wheels?

Also... Where can I find the centre caps with alpina logo on them?

Michael, open lug means the lug nuts are exposed in the center, these are the more correct version of 16" Alpinas for our coupes.
The closed lug version has a big cap over the center, hiding the lug nuts.

My 16" Alpinas are the closed lug version, that I modified a bit to look like open lugs. The problem is that the center bore in the closed lug is bigger than on the open lug, so the small Alpina center cap used on open lugs, wont fit the closed lug wheels.
This is what it looks like after leaving off the original cap, making a custom small center cap, and painted center.
