Could we add a "Valuation" forum?

Instead of having two pages of comments after a simple classified ad, the discussion whether or not the car is worthy could be moved someplace else. We could argue back and forth all day long without polluting the General Discussions and Classifieds.

Known and verified actual sales of E9s could also be posted here. Sort of an informal database.

Agree

I agree, and did my post without having read yours! But then again, I wasn't commenting on the $180k price as much as it was a nice car for sale and I wish I had sniped it before the car dealer did. I should have put it in the "Topics for Dissenting Adults" forum! But I did like your suggestion of whether or not people would buy it with your gift bank wire.

I don''t know about a" valuation" page but... Personally I think that a "database" would be an EXCELLENT idea !! check http://www.xkedata.com/ Cars can be looked up by vin number, color ,year etc...and you can always update your page......you have to see it for yourself....I have no computer knowledge to try this myself but if someone on the board is willing to build a database and needs funds contributed for server space etc.. Count me in ..Being an X..XKE owner I'm sure Dang knows this site very well..
This is by far the ultimate database..at least that I know of
http://www.xkedata.com/

This would also be the ultimate way to track record all existing e9's worldwide!

Happy New Year
