Love reading how other owners introduce or describe their coupes....almost like a member of the family :)

The writer begins this with “what if...”. Have we been “war of the worlded?” I believe so.

Yea, that was my take on it. A piece of dystopian fiction. The first give-away is that no government would spend the resources to reserve a hearing room and convene a panel just to rule on getting old cars off the street. They'd do something simpler, like pay a bounty (as Obama did) or harass the cars' owners into surrender (as California's emissions requirements do).

Would love to read a utopian alternative that highlighted the “cash for bumpers” program. The government mandate that involves the buy back of all 74-90 DOT bumpers.

My apologizes for thinking this was real -- however this brings up a very important point for me in life....

As I am getting older I am only reading what I want to find or only what I need to know.

I always thought a good reader would read more, more, and more but I am opposite -- makes me feel like I am not getting smarter -- but also in a way I think a smart reader would want to skip quantity for quality -- then again you should always read the fine print :)

I scanned to find '74 cs coupe and only the lines highlighted -- not sure how many writers should be writing fiction about e9's anyway.....
