In Hawaii in 2010, registered by a family member perhaps. Nothing $40K won't fix I suppose but not for the faint of heart.
 
Better than the E9 at gullwing motors car

That one looks like it'd be challenged to even be a parts car.
If the spare new fenders are OEM, maybe it's worth $3k for the bumpers.

Well, you have to admire the seller's choice of words. He isn't saying it's rust-free - obviously it isn't - just that the rust hasn't gotten any worse.

Sad that someone invested so much in the interior and other details with such a rusted body.
