Coupe Spotting - New Zealand

Dont know who owns it, but I know of the car, It lives in Parnell, and I under stand it was restored not long ago.

It's a small world, when you visit this forum (which I do less now that my need for parts and advice has diminished) and see a post by an American about seeing my car in NZ.

It's a CSi and, yes, it was fully restored 2 years ago. You probably saw me just before I broke down, half a mile further on (long story, failed armature on starter motor permanently "on" drained battery and led to insufficient current for fuel pump...)...again. The car is a daily driver, which is the equivalent of destruction testing (ie, use until next thing breaks, and just about everything has).

I had a great time in NZ. Actually saw 2 CS's during the trip, which is more than I've ever seen in the US. Must be nice to use the coupe as a daily - mine hasn't left the garage in awhile.
