very surprising, but what are they ?
in one of them there were offices, toilets, and a classroom ?

they talk about something in a mountain the forum link, three levels of tunnels. In the Luxemburg region. apparently it is farily deep in the tunnels with lots of other junk blocking it
Centuries of living with one eye looking east (since the House of the Romanov's, Рома́новы) can make Europeans weird. They may put stuff deep underground in fear.
A friend's father escaped east Germany in the 70s with the family through the subway system but went on all the way to New York. Wanted to put an Ocean between him and the Russians.
That is the only explanation I have. Either that or Russian officers were stashing all that stuff for shipment back home like they did with pre-war BMWs after WWII.
Hope the above will exonerate me in Mueller's Russian probe...
