I attended this event last weekend for the first time and I was very happy I did. Great experience. The cars, people and venue were all first-class. There were about 5-7 coupes, many 2002's and one 1966 1600GT. Total cars were around 250+.
ROB S.: What happened? I didn't see you there. Hopefully all is OK.

Nice event

Seems to be a nice event, were i US?

It's a small world and the possibility to be in the nearby is by experience more likely than win money in a lottery....

Great pics added. Were to find pics of all the other cars at meeting?

Very glad to see such nice E9's not in the One State that gets too much sunshine.

since the thread was already started, here's a few more. It was a great time. Wish more coupes could have made it but i guess i cant complain too much since mine didnt make the trip either. Still nice to meet some new folks and see familiar faces.

sorry for the lack of coupe content...

Small request: can you pls. identify the coupe owners/ cars? It's always great to put a face or car to someone here on the board!

Great gathering. It's interesting to see that it's for one and all. ( The really nice cars vs. gently used .... some more so maybe.. but still obviously greatly loved).

Thanks for sharing.

I'm sorry to say that I only met one owner from the board (and already forgot the name, sorry ) with one of the silver coupes. Maybe if they are here they can step forward and ID themselves...

I'll step forward

The white'70 2800CS is me, Neal Friedant, from Philadelphia, PA. Luis, I was the guy you spoke with Friday night when you were leaving for dinner in the hotel parking lot. I said I followed your journey from DE with your 1800.

Bimmerboy; we spoke at the show and I asked you why you had not brought your coupe. I also asked about John Jacobs.

Sorry to not meet others... Overwhelmed by some beautiful cars!!

I hear you, but i was in the same boat as Luis. The venue made it difficult to group like models together so the few e9s that were there were spread out a bit, making it difficult to meet and chat. I did talk to Neal but didn't really get a chance to see his car. Still a great time though.
