Owner isn't going to sell at a price that you think is fair. He is willing to hang onto the car indefinitely.
We are dealing with the same kind of owner, a young guy with a used car lot, some high end older cars from the 2000s. He has two coupes sitting outside, rusting away, beyond restoring for at least 65k. I stop a couple of times a year and he says no, he plans to restore or is not sure or ....
Frustrating.

Pretty soon it will just be the tires left on that car.
It's the elusive CSR model: (in German) Coupe Sport Rost
The factory should but these type of cars and EOL them. They put a dent on the brand image.
