FWIW today I had a "pop up" on my computer with the link to a new magazine called CS Coupe dedicated to the E9. It appears that two issues are out, #00 and #01.

Here is the link and I hope that it is OK to post it here:

I enjoy reading magazines much more than internet/digital stuff, so I went and place an order.

Interesting....so, let us all know what it is like. Recently, I have been trying to divest myself of all of the classic car magazines that I read over the past several decades, and could never seem to part with. Spouse seems to think, it is time, so I hesitate to bring in more printed material, but...this is all about our beloved E9, so perhaps I can shed some of these old English car mags ( but the photography is SO great) and make some room. Hmmm. Anyone else in this situation?

Thank you for your recent purchase and kind words @CamayroZ ! Your feedback is much appreciated, and I hope you'll enjoy reading the magazine :)

@bluecoupe30! I've included some images below to hopefully give you an idea of what the magazine is like and why I believe it's a worthy replacement for your old magazines.

I'm currently working on the second edition and will update the forum once it is closer to publication (I'm aiming for the start of 2025).

I'll see if I can interest him to share a few of his projects ;)
I would start with:
1) How many used Zenith carburetors does it take to create a working one? I saw the result in person.
2) Renewing the shifter boot, aka "Spanish boots of Spanish leather"...
3) Parking brake lever upgrade, aka Mission Impossible, improving a Paul Cain improvement.
4) Installing an E9 antenna, aka Function follows Form.
5) Why align headlights in your garage when you can drive to France and bring a one-off apparatus?
6) Door latch counterweights, adding weight when others try to remove it.

My first two issues arrived. It only took 2 weeks, and I opted for cheap/slow shipping.

I would like to thank and congratulate @NiekN and the folks behind this magazine. Well done.

In the US we have lost thousands of newspapers and magazines because of internet, lack of advertising, and possibly tastes changing for the ADHD crowd.

There are very few high-quality "coffee-table" grade automotive (quarterly) magazines around. I am a first subscriber to 000 which is a Porsche specialty magazine, and lifetime member of Rodder's journal which is for traditional HotRod guys, and this CS Coupe is right up there with them.

I would recommend it for those that have interest in these cars, and if you are in "business" you should consider advertising.

I wish these folks LOTS OF SUCCESS and looking forward to all the future issues. :)

First of all, I'd like to thank you all for ordering your copies. I'm incredibly grateful, and it's a huge motivation to see the product is well received. Rest assured, work on issue 02 is already on its way and I'm aiming to publish it early next year (hopefully it'll become quarterly after that). To be compared to magazines such as 000 and Rodder's Journal means a lot and it confirms what I tried to achieve: high-end quality on the outside and inside.

As it's a one-man operation, I depend heavily on the input of owners and enthusiasts who are willing to share their stories. As such, I'd love to hear from you if your story, however small, is worth sharing. And believe me, everything E9 is worth it!

I'm also aware international shipping takes time and is a costly endeavour, which is why I'm looking at setting up a more "local" shipping location through individuals accross the continents.

Again, thank you all for your kind words, support, and business. I promise that issue 02 will be just as good if not better!

Thank you.

That's enough Technical articles to fill a few issues. I'll try and reach out to him in the coming days. Thanks again!
