a few lines, and photos on the installation of this beautiful jewel

i have decided to go for the vertical structural post of the grille, the one that is close to the headlight opening
5th opening counting from top is my choice, it does not get as centered with the line of the headlights, but i do have driving lights, so there it is

as to assembly i have used two types of tubbing , including silicone tubes, to fix and block the struts in the opening, and neopren to make it stay without damaging the plastic slats

do not overtighten, better if apply a drop of loctite, a counternut or selflocking nut

hope it helps

Yeah DQ - great idea.
When i received my badge - the first thing i told to myself "heavy bastard - old plastic grill spokes might need some help to handle it in long term"
