Anyone else having difficulting getting a response from CS Registry? I am the owner of a 1973 BMW 3.0cs (US specification) previously registered on CS bit not under my account (prior owner?). I would like to update the information on the registry under my name. I've tried to email the site several times but have not received any response. Thank you.

I would be glad to receive them, maybe JJ would need to set that up though. Stan and I approve all pending requests and we contact those who haven't supplied valid VINs too. I will send a note to JJ.

Sorry for any trouble with the registry. We are starting to see coupes change hands and we are working on a semi-automated way to deal with this. Presently if you try to register a previously registered coupe you will get an error asking to to send an email to us (and the email link is provided). We try to process these types of requests quickly but please understand the registry is run by unpaid mortals and we don't always check our email hourly.
With the total number of cars in the registry over 1000 now we are beginning to feel some pain. As some of you may have noticed we just gave the site a face-lift. We have some new imagery but most importantly we enhanced the home page to provide lots for statistical information and quick search links. We also expanded the screen size to 1024 so that we can better display information. All of this is thanks to our gifted web lackey, Tom Chao, who works for coffee and donuts.
As always we are happy to be of service to the community and very pleased to see the large number of cars registered.
BTW, rgage2u only sent one email to the registry and he had an answer / solution in 22 minutes, well before he posted this thread; I guess he doesn't check his email either.
