anyone know of this company, I have called and left several messages w/o any success. I am in need of parts to reupholster my seats(recline bezel). any and all help is appreciated

Ben Miller, the owner of 'CSI' is notoriously slow with his customer service. The last word I heard was that he was or still is having trouble with his enterprise which also includes 2002AD, a Bmw salvage and parts business.
My personal experience with him is somewhat negative. I purchased a used Petri/CSL steering wheel from him last year for mega bucks and it took numerous phone calls and prodding for about a month before I finally received my merchandise. The only saving grace from this transaction was the wheel was in superb condition with newly professionally rewrapped leather. I guess I simply lucked out, I could've received a shoddy unit just as well.
