Wow, doesn't sound good ;-(
There are a number of things that don't look right on this car and even though Bats seem to have gone up in price recently I wouldn't expect 'the body to need some work ' on an 80k+ Eur car !!!

Caveat emptor!
 
Wow, Chief Inspector Cluseau cannot find too many clues in the pictures as to what the problems are. Is it really a rust bucket? There is no sin in asking 80k Euro, the sin may be paying that much.
 
Not to bag on the car for sale, but I've never heard of a city package Bat. Acknowledging the face BMW had several individual order CSLs, was this a "common" combination??
