I'm sitting here looking at my steel CS, just wondering how much of the CSL doors are aluminum. Is it just the skins, or all of the structure too.

The outer skins and the hinges are aluminum, the rest is steel.

CSL Doors
It is not just the skins that are aluminium in CSL doors but also the reinforcement sheet metal inside the door. That is why the CSL doors have rivets in the front and rear instead of spot welding as in the case of full steel doors.
