Unusual color for a CS/CSL. I've only seen one other car this color, Granada Red, over the years. Great color usually seen on '68-70 1600 and 2002, as well as the 2000CS.

and why are the air-scoop ducts blocked in the front air-dam/spoiler?

It may be closer to Verona than initially I thought, but it is not original Verona. Nor is it really Granada either, which is a bit darker and more 'blue'. Verona has a bit more orange tint to it's red.
