Csl parts advise and where can I get???

Hi all,

I’ve just purchased a CSL that is need of some love.

Where can I get the Aluminium sill trims and fixings from as the ones in the car are poor, are they still available from BMW and if so does anyone have any part numbers?

Also after a Petri steering wheel in leather 380mm as I believe this to be the original figment.

Will probably be putting lots of wanted posts in the classified section soon

Hi James,
A true and original pair of Alu sill trims. On offer since over a year. You might get some discount too from the seller considering the long time offer.

The Petri 38cm leather csl wheel will be extremely difficult to find specially with the longer hub. Not to mention what something like that will cost today.
Most folks are taking a regular 38cm wheel and having it wrapped in leather. If done properly with the right stitching, a very good alternative.
Check out the ‘show your steering wheel’ in the pictures section. I can provide you with the right stitching pics. Although folks like Sandhu can possibly show you an original wheel.
Best of luck in your search for these special parts. The sill covers originals I’ve given you a link for. One item less to take care off.
