CSL Scheel sliders?

I am putting Scheel 101's and tilt brackets in my CS. I have both three hole and four hole tabbed sliders. What were CSL's originally fitted with?
 
those Scheel sliders are worth $$$ to the vintage Porsche crowd. i have a set of two hold tabbed sliders
 
C'mon CSL owners...here's what I need to know. Take a look at your sliders...are they three hole?

Maybe this will spur interest.....not original CSL seats but looks like 4-hole brackets installed.....
