CSL Service Book - impossible to find?

As we have almost completed a 're-birth' I think it might be fitting to start a new service book!

The old one is non-existent and there was plenty of evidence why a vendor might wish to dispose of it!

I have looked around and emailed BMW locally and globally - and nothing!

Has anyone managed to make more progress?
