Yes, what Paul said... No real pics of the underside/suspension, but lots of shiny paint! Too bad, would love to see how they set this thing up, looks like it was nicely done. One of the cool things about BaT when custom cars like this come up for auction is examining the car via the pics.
 
Straight cut gears will also be a loud road experience, but it looks right. It would need an inspection and drive. Is that possible with BaT?

Yes, inspections are worked out between the seller and interested bidder(s).
 
This would be my dream E9, minus the front seats (prefer Scheel type for a CSL), lap-welded floor pans, and black paint in the engine/trunk.

I.e. a CSL Batwing clone w/modern running gear and comfortable interior (no race dash/roll bar).
