CSL time capsule

Csl’s weren’t produced for the US market, all of them are grey imports from Europe thus the kmph speedos.

and as I suspected, the new pics reveal a non original Csl Petri which at their asking price, is adding “insult to injury”! If the obvious is wrong........

how could you tell? I looked at some of the things you taught me about Petri’s and I thought this was ok...

Nice to see the chrome/silver wing and bonnet grills on a polaris car because that's what I'm putting on mine, don't like the black ones. ;) :)
 
Although black fender and hood grills would be what a Polaris 2275 Csl would have had from the factory.
 
I know that but with chrome/stainless wipers, bumpers, badges, belt line trim, door mirrors, wheel arch trim, light surrounds, window and door caps, rear panel trim, quarter light, door handles and locks etc. I think I'll go with the chrome, the black just looks out of place to me.
Plus when you have the black decal behind the black grill on the wings you loose the detail of the grill but with the silver one it shows it better, not saying I know car design better than BMW but I know what I like. ;)
