hello Just a few questions. I have a 3.5 liter engine with D-jet system I can see that the block is from the 81 my question is whether I can install an L-jet system on my block Have an extra engine 3.5 with L-jet. It is possible to keep my D-jet manefole and just change everything else. Is there anyone who has done it before or know someone who can do it here in europe preferably Denmark Sweden or Germany. The reason why I change it, is that my map sensor is worn. Can understand that manefolen from an L-jet will not fit due to brake Boster is too big
thanks:|:|

Why not just go to Motronic 1.3 and keep the original manifold? Some people do that, or change the booster to one from a 2002tii and use the Motronic manifold.

Efi

Or consult with Doug C. (decoupe) in Alberta who is putting the final touches on a cool stand alone EFI system. We Canadians have some smarts!
orangener may have a useable MAP for you as well.

Ok but how do Motronic 1.3 look like
like this!!!

The stock brake booster will work just fine with the L-jet intake manifold and C tubes. There is quite a bit of clearance.

An old picture. Have since converted to L-jet tubular fuel rail.
