Is there a concensus on how best to get the dash out? Mine needs to be restored as it is peeling, I had considered trying to do it in the car, but now given up on that idea.
Is it windscreen out, then new rubber when it is replaced. Or can I do it with the screen in, which I think I would prefer.

Any one got images of how to take it out, the location of the bolts etc? I am sure it is here somewhere but I can't find it.

Thanks

Windscreen out Charles. I'm replacing mine at the moment, so would be happy to help with yours. It's not as scary as it sounds ....

Scott (rsporsche) was going to post Rob and John Beaumont's articles on dash removal in the tech section but haven't seen it yet. May be worth contacting him

Thanks to all

I did a full teardown and was able to get the dash out with the windshield in. Biggest issue for me was getting the heat/vent controls and A/C box out of the way to get to the middle bolt. Of course after pulling everything out of the center it was a relative breeze.

However, you have to pull the windshield if you want a clean install.
